Encaustic paint on the pancake griddle warmers where I keep it at about 190 degrees F. to paint. It will solidify as soon as it leaves the heat source and can be reheated for further painting.
Cleaning all the wax off brushes is really not possible. Better to let them harden and use again when they have been heated.
The interior of the studio never seems to be tidy. I guess it is always going to be that way.
